Tourism Cs Najib Balala at pride inn hotel

Tourism Cabinet secretary Najib Balala has questioned the ban on shisha and closing of night clubs.
Mr. Balala said the ban on the water-pipe tobacco imposed by outgoing Health CS Cleopa Mailu was a “miscalculated” move which if imposed will hurt the economy. He also accused National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) for closing night clubs.
